Your tour guide Alex will bring you through the market to meet various vendors as we pick up all the delicious items that you’ll be eating for lunch!
The menu may change slightly due to seasonality and availability, but generally includes a sizable sampling of:
-The BEST Wagyu Brisket, Pastrami, Ribs and Sausage
-Handmade local Pork Dumplings, pan-fried to perfection
-Pecan wood Smoked Ham and Pork Rillettes
-The largest, doughiest Chocolate Chip Cookies on earth
-An ever-changing assortment of the FRESHEST seasonal produce, including Peppers, Radishes, Cucumbers and Tomatoes
-Award-winning, basket-molded goat Chèvre Cheese
-Family-harvested, locally-roasted Nicaraguan Iced Coffee
-Avocado and coconut-based Ice Cream (trust us, you won’t miss the dairy)
