Stop At: Action Zipline Tours, 40957 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
Strap on your helmet and go exploring! This two-hour scenic Segway tour takes you through Big Bear Lake’s charming town and beautiful forest. You’ll travel both on road and off while exploring the area’s many back roads and scenic views. If luck is on your side you might see wildlife such as our resident bald eagles. Be sure to bring your camera as some of the best sights in the mountains await!
You will start by checking in 20 minutes before your tour at the Action Tours departure center located in the heart of beautiful Big Bear Lake. After watching a short safety video you will gear up with a helmet and a radio receiver and earbuds so you won’t miss our tour guides’ entertaining & informative commentary. Next, you will learn the basics of riding a Segway PT in a short training course before we take you out on a tour.
Your tour will end when you return to our departure center after approximately two hours. All participants on the tour should be able to climb stairs without the use of a handrail, be able to nimbly step on and off a curb without assistance, need to be of average mobility and strength, in reasonably good health and cannot be pregnant. Those with preexisting injuries, back, neck, foot, respiratory or heart issues should consult their physician prior to booking this trip.
