No “book” stories on our tour as in our 42 years of being in business we have our own unique yet historical stories of Charleston. All stories are told where it happened and we have proof to show you. We started ghost tours in Charleston and do not have tours in multiple cities. Our guides are licensed so you know you will have a quality and seasoned tour guide. We take pride in our product and it shows!
This is where it all begins. We have photographic evidence of 2 different spirits at this location that we will tell you all about. Sometimes things happen here that are not explainable and our customers are left with vivid thoughts of what just happened.

We meet at the picnic tables outside at our banner at Tommy Condon’s. Please arrive by 8:20 for check in. The address is 160 Church St 29401 and parking meters are free after 6pm. There is a public parking garage right across the street as well.
