A friend described this as a good find in terms of secluded beach that really only locals know about, and good grindz which is a local term for food.

This memorable experience will take you away from the crowds and enable you to enjoy some aloha with an intimate sunset beach picnic in Eastern Honolulu. We set up and pack up and share some delicious local treats like pizza and poke. We have an instant camera to send you home with a picture of the memory. Whether it is a romantic sunset beach picnic, a girls night out, or a family friendly experience, we have you covered.
We have traveled extensively, met some amazing people around the world, and had some really good food. There is one thing we remember: The experiences that are probably not in any guide book and hope to share that with you.
We have a food handler’s license in Hawaii, and we are CPR certified. We understand how families with young children and particularly children with delays have special needs when on vacation and want to share the aloha with everyone.
We just love the aloha spirit and we’d like to share it with you whether you are visiting or kama’aina.

• Local pizza with Hawaiian twists – There is a local pizzeria that makes guava infused crusts with macadamia sauce or just your regular pizza with no Hawaiian twists -up to you!
• Local pastries – Woman owned business making local flavored donut/cakes – pineapple/coconut or upside down lemony berry delicious! Or some other local sweet treat!
• Poke – I can get some delicious local poke usually spicy ahi and sesame flavored!
