Itinerary
Your lesson will begin with a land demonstration where we teach you the fundamentals of standing up, paddling and safety in the water. After this you will get 1 hour in the water where you will get pushed onto waves, and coached when to stand up. All you need to do is relax and enjoy riding the waves!
