This historic area features the iconic Moulton barns and other original structures built by several Mormon homesteaders in the early 1900s.

Named after a Shoshone Indian woman, this glacial moraine jewel at the base of the Tetons is absolutely gorgeous. From May 15-Sept 30, you’ll experience a 60-minute scenic boat ride on the lake.

Fed by the Snake River from the north, this magnificent lake rests at the base of the Tetons and is a recreational haven for boaters, fishermen, paddlers and campers.

Stop At: Oxbow Bend, US Route 26 2 mi east of Jackson Lake Junction, Moran, WY 83013
This bend in the Snake River is the definition of serenity, featuring a stunning view and reflection of Mt. Moran of the Teton Mountain Range in the still water. We often see white pelicans, trumpeter swans, blue herons and occasionally beaver, fox and grizzly bears.
