Stop At: Black Sand Beach, Hana, HI 96713, USA

Wainapanapa black sand beach located just off the Hana highway on the outskirts of Hana, is very unique indeed. Comprised of 120 tropical acres, it has many sight to see. A sea bird colony, natural stone arches, sea stacks, ancient lava caves, hidded blow holes and panoramic views. All of our Guests will have the chance to swim here at Maui’s famous Black sand beach (weather permitting) before heading to a picnic style lunch at Hana Bay.

Stop At: Pua’a Ka’a State Wayside, Hana Hwy, Haiku, HI 96708, USA

Road to Hana cuts right through this delightful 5 acre rainforest park names Pua’a Ka’a. This State wayside park offers a pair of georges waterfalls cascading into pools (optional swimming) , restrooms and covered Picnic tables.

Stop At: Ho’okipa Beach Park, Hana Highway, Paia, Maui, HI 96779

Hookipa beach park is one of the top spots for ocean sports and recreation in Maui. Many Surfing and Wind surfing events take place here as Ho’okipa is well known for its massive waves if your lucky enough to see it in the winter. Also offering Geogous Panoramic cliff views, you can also spot Hawaiian sea turtles in the waves or piled on the white sand beach.

Stop At: Ke‘anae Point, Ke‘Anae Point, Hawaii 96708, USA

Ke’anae Peninsula is a dramatic half-mile long massive finger of newer lava sticking out from the cliff line of Hana Hwy. Historically, Ke’anae has been a taro producing Hawaiian Village, and much of the lands is in taro Lo’i today. Aunty Sandy’s snack stand near the Ke’nae congressional churh is well known in guide books for their famous Banana bread is also a must stop while visiting Ka’anae Peninsula.

Pass By: Hamoa Beach, Maui, HI

As you wind around Hana Hwy, you will get a chance to see one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in all of Hawaii. Hamoa’s stunning cresent-shaped beach is lined with Hala trees and great addition to our Road to Hana tour.

Stop At: Hana Bay Beach Park, 150 Keawa Pl, Hana, Maui, HI 96713

Hana Bay is a centrally located park and beach that serves as a town center for Hana. with its numerous picnic tables, pavillions, kayak rentals and the local outrigger canoe club. We will be stopping here for a picnic style lunch with our guests!

On our Road to Hana tour, we will be passing on of the coolest little historic towns of maui. Pai’a town started as a plantation town with the opening of Paia store in 1896 to serve the needs of the multi cultural plantation workers of Paia Sugar Mill.
