Itinerary
This class is accessible to everyone. You will be guided through a vinyasa flow, linking breath to movement, while wearing comfortable wireless headphones. Crystal clear music and instruction will be given through the headphones. Be prepared to hold postures, strengthen your core, balance, and play with your flexibility, all while having fun!
