- Rental Requirements: Renters must be 25+ to drive.
- Florida Boaters Safety: Florida Law requires everyone born after Jan 1, 1988, to take a boater safety test to drive a boat. Each driver must present a passed boater safety test before departure. You can do these online or on-site!
- A Credit Card Authorization for $1000 is required for deposit & will be taken on-site
- Guests are responsible for gas. The boat will be filled back up at the marina.
- Dive tanks are not allowed on rental boats per Florida state law.
