Kihei Trip Overview
This excursion is designed for people who have never tried diving to get a feel for it. It consists of an in depth theory lesson, the practice of some shallow water skills, and then an open water dive. No prior dive experience is necessary. If you do enjoy it as much as we hope you will, you can use your dive and your skills towards the PADI Open Water certification. Itinerary
We do easy shore diving which is a perfect introduction to the underwater world. The program is called Discover Scuba Diving, the instructor gives a safety briefing and answers any questions you may have. We go into shallow water first to practice some skills and get comfortable in the equipment and the water – then you go diving! A PADI instructor is with you the whole time looking after you and will show you some of the marine life and corals we have here on Maui. Max depth 35ft.
