We will stop at a private and beautiful Amish home, where the kids make birdhouses. Witness Amish craftsmanship up close in the artisan stable and barn – and purchase a birdhouse if you like.

We will take a driving tour through beautiful Lancaster County farmland and learn about the history, culture, religion, and education of the Amish. We will see buildings associated with the very first European settlers from more than 300 years ago, covered bridges, 19th century mills, and more on our way to our first stop.
Stop at an Amish owned and operated creamery, where your ice cream is included, and the views are free too. This is ice cream as it should be… rich, fresh, and delicious!
