The dam created Lake Mead, the largest reservoir in the United States (in terms of capacity), which supplies water to farms, businesses and millions of people in Nevada, Arizona, California and Mexico. Nearby Boulder City, located just 6 miles from the dam site, was built and designed by the government to house and feed the dam workers.

This is the most beautiful, historical and visually stunning experience you will ever have! Enroute, you'll stop at the 900 year old Joshua Tree Forest before arriving at the Grand Canyon where you will visit both incredible viewpoints: Eagle Point and Guano Point. Enjoy lunch at the rim, and see Native American Dwellings. You will also have a wonderful photo stop and oratory at Hoover Dam. Total time at the Grand Canyon is approx. 4 hours.

Helicopter Upgrade: If you choose to upgrade your tour to include the helicopter flight, you'll enjoy a flight to the canyon floor in a state-of-the-art helicopter. While there, see the Colorado River and marvel at the canyon walls before ascending back to the top of the rim.

After picking up we will make a stop at the iconic bright Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign. Take a memorable snapshot here to commemorate your time in vibrant Las Vegas. Then we will visit one of the most iconic restaurants for a breakfast served in the old Las Vegas style.

Next stop: The Lakeview Overlook, one of our favorite spots offering the best panoramic views of the Boulder Basin. Then, our guide will take you on a walk on an engineering marvel, observe the spillways and visit the Winged Figures of the Republic. After some pictures we will be ready to discover the inner workings of the Power Plant, walking by the tunnels and Generator Room with the most knowledgeable guides.
