BRERA osteria marks a new chapter in Italian cuisine on the Las Vegas Strip. Savor housemade pastas, wood oven-baked breads, cured meats, olive oils, and mouthwatering mozzarella. This 3-course lunch tasting menu features the best of BRERA, including dishes like Gnocchi with Potato Dumpling, arugula pesto, Reggiano cream and burrata and the Salmon with purple cauliflower puree, brussels sprouts, lemon butter, capers and almonds. Surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal Shoppes, guests can dine and watch the street performers in St. Mark’s Square.
