Milford Trip Overview
WalkAboutYoga is the only hiking yoga class in CT. My classes are heartfelt and intuitive, gently challenging and deeply nourishing. I use the teachings of Hatha Yoga and my Y12SR training to promote a healthy, conscience lifestyle.This 75 minute Fun Flow allows students to experience yoga in a fun and kind way. WAY follows the foundation of vinyasa practice, with an emphasis on safe alignment and breath-work to help us flow from posture to posture. All level classes are accessible for students new to yoga or those coming back from injuries, as well as students with steady yoga practices who want to work towards the edge of their balance, endurance, strength, and flexibility. Itinerary
This season, due to Covid, WAY is an hour long all levels yoga class on the beach. This class is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Please bring your own mat.
