After you meet your guide and the rest of your group in New Orleans, you will be transferred to a historic area outside of the city for a Cajun cooking class with a chef from the local food scene. You will learn how Cajun food was born and the chef will teach you the art of making andouille, gumbo, & jambalaya. After cooking, enjoy the meal you have all prepared together.

End this lovely Sunday evening with a tour and tasting at a local rum distillery back in New Orleans. The owners will explain the process of rum making and answer all the questions you have.
