On the 2-hour guided tour you’ll visit the official 911 Memorial Wall, which honors the ultimate sacrifices of 343 FDNY heroes.

Stop At: World Trade Center’s Liberty Park, Liberty Street, New York City, NY 10048
Continuing to Liberty Park, we’ll arrive at the America’s Response Monument dedicated to the US Special Forces that landed in Afghanistan one month after the attacks.

Stop At: American Express 11 Tears Memorial, 200 Vesey St American Express Headquarters, New York City, NY 10281-1013
This experience winds its way to the Eleven Tears Memorial. A wailing pool paying tribute to the 11 American Express employees lost on that fateful day.

The National 9/11 Memorial (Ground Zero) awaits as your experience transitions into the heart of the complex. A detailed account of the Reflecting Absence Fountains’ design and construction will be disclosed.
Afterwards, we’ll meander through this historical site towards the Survivor Tree. This tree has become a symbol of resilience. It’s the fortitude of our nation and of New York, “That we might have bent, but we never broke”.

Following the conclusion of your guided experience, your host will escort you to the entrance of the 911 Museum. Your ticket is a day pass for the museum. The average time to leisurely view all the exhibits is approximately 120 minutes.
