Start your tour with a bagel from a legendary local shop to get some energy for the day ahead!
First, you will learn the rich history of the the traditionally Jewish Lower East Side and discover often-forgotten places, unexplored spaces, and the many histories of migration over centuries in this neighborhood. Your local guide is an expert from the Tenement Museum.
Be sure to bring your appetite because you will enjoy a local delicatessen’s famous sandwiches towards the end of the morning!
