Meet your guide in front of The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center, 208 W 13th St, New York, NY 10011, United States. Please do not enter the building, it is only a meeting place.

The 2-hour tour will begin at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. The guide will show you Julius’, the site of one of the earliest pre-Stonewall public actions for LGBT lights, and the former Oscar Wilde Memorial Bookshop – the first gay and lesbian bookstore on the East Coast.

There will be a stop on Groove Street which from 1970-1990 housed the lesbian bars Duchess, Groove and Pandora Box’s.
