The journey starts in the Atlantis theater with a close-up view of Space Shuttle Atlantis and more than 60 interactive exhibits. It’s a moving celebration of humankind’s greatest achievements. Then in the Shuttle Launch Experience, discover the sights, sounds and feelings of a real Space Shuttle launch. Buckle up and get ready for launch in a one-of-a-kind, custom-designed crew cabin.

Explore the worlds largest space themed shop. From out of this world t-shirts, freeze dried space food to one of a kind lithographs. This shop has everything you could possibly want and more. Most afternoons you can usually find an Astronaut autographing items on the second level.

Through new interactive and engaging exhibits, relive the wonder and excitement of the Apollo era. This one-of-a-kind attraction celebrates the unprecedented achievement of putting humans on the Moon and the awe felt in that moment by all humankind.

You will see a simulated launch from the firing room, walk underneath the Saturn V rocket, and this is where you can touch and feel a piece of moon rock! Always a highlight of the facility, it is not to be missed.
