Itinerary
The Sundial Bridge Boxing Experience is a personalized, 90-minute technical boxing session where you’ll master:
– The proper boxing stance. Everyone is different, and this lesson is tailored to your body for the stance that works for you.
– The Sweet Science. Jab. Straight cross. Lead hook. Everything you need to build a solid striking and self-defense foundation.
– And every other core fundamental under the warm California sun. Footwork, bodyweight distribution, balance, breathing, and more.
This isn’t a fitness class; no burpees or pushups here. Just you learning to hit the mitts like the pros did when they started.
I can’t promise you’ll be stepping like Ali or swinging like Tyson in 90 minutes. But I can promise a foundation to build upon based on real boxing techniques. One that you can show your friends (or enemies) back home.
All of this from someone who will coach you from beginning to end – correcting common mistakes, making adjustments on the fly, and overall creating a positive learning environment!
