If making this booking, I agree to all of the following:
1.) Operators MUST be 18 years or older AND provide a Valid Driver’s License at the time of check-in. (ID Cards and Passports are NOT accepted under
Delaware Law § 2213.)
2.) I was born before January 1, 1978, or have successfully completed a boating safety course that is approved by the State of Delaware. Please make sure to bring a copy with you so we can verify this requirement!

3.) Operators MUST have a basic understanding of the English Language.
4.) All Boats MUST Remain in the Rehoboth Bay or Lewes Canal.

5.) Operators CANNOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
