Itinerary

Day 1: Salt Lake City – Antelope Island State Park (Great Salt Lake) – Hill Aerospace Museum – Salt Lake City

Stop At: Salt Lake City, Salt Lake City, Utah
If you arrive at Salt Lake City Airport before noon, you will be taken to see various sites in Salt Lake City including Temple Square, Utah State Capitol, and the Beehive House.

If you arrive at Salt Lake City Airport after 6:00 PM, you will be taken directly to your Salt Lake City Hotel. If it is too late to visit the attractions, we will not refund the fee.

Temple Square is the headquarters of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, also known as the Mormons.

The Utah State Capitol is the house of government for the State of Utah. The building houses the chambers and offices of the Utah State Legislature, the offices of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, the State Auditor and their staffs.

The Beehive House was one of the official residences of Brigham Young, the second president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Beehive House gets its name from the beehive sculpture atop the house.

Choose to hike the Buffalo Point Trail for the perfect panoramic view of the Great Salt Lake and the vast open country. Visit historic Fielding Garr Ranch and swim at Bridger Bay Beach, a large sandy beach, and the best place to take a swim in the Great Salt Lake.

Stop At: Hill Aerospace Museum, 7961 Wardleigh Rd, Building 1955 Hill Air Force Base, Ogden, UT 84056-5842
Visit an Air Force field museum operating within the guidelines of the United States Air Force Heritage Program, AFI 84-103, U.S. Air Force Heritage Program. It is one of the top comprehensive museums in the United States. There are many exhibits of the US Air Force in the museum, which record the development of the US Air Force and the rapid development of aircraft and included the history of World War II and the Korean War, and various types of military aircraft that have been retired by the United States: helicopters, transport aircraft, bombers, reconnaissance aircraft… The museum has a special exhibition hall on the display of aircraft used in the Korean and Vietnam Wars and war photos. The exhibition hall restores the prisons where American prisoners of war lived in the Vietnam War and displays photos of tragic situations.

Day 2: Salt Lake City – Idaho Falls – West Yellowstone – Yellowstone National Park – West Yellowstone

Stop At: Idaho Falls, Idaho Falls, Idaho
Early in the morning, your tour guide will come pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the Idaho Falls to visit the longest artificial dam and waterfall in the United States, then drive you to Upper and Lower Mesa Falls. At Upper Mesa Falls, a thunderous curtain of water – as tall as a 10-story building – pours over remnants of an ancient volcanic super-eruption. A mile south, Lower Mesa Falls repeats the performance, the river continually chiseling away at the solidified ash and lava. The beautiful Upper and Lower Mesa Falls are the last prominent waterfalls on the Snake River unaffected by manmade influences. A scenic walking path leads to excellent viewpoints.

Stop At: West Yellowstone, West Yellowstone, Montana
West Yellowstone is a small town immediately west of Yellowstone National Park. We will stop here for a short break. After the break is over, your guide will take you to see some of the most famous landmarks in Yellowstone National Park.

Stop At: Yellowstone National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming
Today, we will be visiting approximately five of the thirteen “famous attractions” in Yellowstone National Park. The attractions can include Norris Geyser Basin, Canyon Village (including Yellowstone Upper and Lower Falls and the magnificent The Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone), Tower Fall, and Mammoth Hot Springs. These attractions will be selected based on customer preference and what the available time may allow.

After arriving back in West Yellowstone, you’ll be able to eat dinner and then explore the town’s many gift shops. We’ll drop you off at your hotel, giving you time to rest and prepare before the next day’s journey.

Day 3: Continue Your Visit of Yellowstone National Park

Stop At: Yellowstone National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming
Early in the morning, continue your vacation in Yellowstone National Park. The ideal stops for today include Lower Geyser Basin, Midway Geyser Basin (including Grand Prismatic Spring), and Upper Geyser Basin (including Old Faithful and Morning Glory Pool) and possibly moving on to Bridge Bay and Fishing Bridge (if time allows) prior to returning to West Yellowstone.

Day 4: Yellowstone National Park – Grand Teton National Park – Jenny Lake – Jackson Hole

Early in the morning, after picking you up in West Yellowstone, your tour guide will pass some familiar sites before stopping at West Thumb Geyser Basin for one final stop in Yellowstone National Park before heading south to Grand Teton National Park.

Grand Teton National Park is well known for its towering mountain ranges, crystal clear water, and rich history. Grand Teton National Park is home to magnificent mountain scenery, sparkling mountain lakes and wildlife. The snowy Teton Mountains stand majestically above the valley, and we will stop at the best photo spots, so you can savor the beauty of the Teton Mountains and Jackson Lake.

Jackson Lake Cruises: Take a cruise on Jackson Lake to explore the beautiful scenery and enjoy the food on the island. With knowledgeable guides, you will learn about the history and geology of the area as well as the flora and fauna around the lake.

Stop At: Jenny Lake Rd., Moran, WY 83012
Jenny Lake is the second largest lake in Grand Teton. Jenny Lake has two of the most famous ways to play, one is to walk around the Jenny Lake Trail (10 kilometers); the other is to take a boat trip to the other side of the lake (at your own expense), then take the moderately steep hike to Hidden Falls and Inspiration Point.

Following the day’s adventure, your tour guide will take you to Jackson Hole, a quaint old-fashioned Western town, giving you the opportunity to shop and explore!

Day 5: Jackson Hole – Scenic Elk Protected Area – Natural Hot Spring Resort – Salt Lake City)

Stop At: National Elk Refuge, Jackson, WY 83001
In the morning, your tour guide will pick you up from the hotel. Leaving Jackson and heading to Elk Protected area. There will be a break for lunch near the Natural Hot Spring Resorts.

Natural Hot Spring: Relax at the world famous natural hot springs!
Geothermal Hot Springs temperature range from 102 degrees Fahrenheit to 112 degrees Fahrenheit. If you enjoy spas, then Granite Spa is a great choice for you. The hot springs water flows down the rocks and finally gathers into a hot spring pool. The spa pool is a perfect place for the whole family, the children can play in the pool while the parents relax in the hot springs with the mountains surrounding them.

(Notes: If you don’t want to soak in the natural hot spring, your tour guide will likely be able take you to Bear Lake to see a deep, natural lake that changes color with the sky.)

Discover what life in the West was like in the 1800s at the American West Heritage Center where you’ll join costumed interpreters to enjoy hands-on learning as you visit the mountain men encampment, pioneer cabins, and a turn-of-the-century farm. Finish your day in Logan exploring great dining and world-class performing arts like the Utah Festival Opera.
Bird Refuge to discover wildlife. This refuge offers some of the most phenomenal waterbird watching in the western U.S.

Stop At: Salt Lake City, Salt Lake City, Utah
After taking in the breath-taking views, your group will travel back to Salt Lake City to be dropped off at the airport. You will head back home full of spectacular images, amazing experiences, yearning to come back for more.
