At Somerset, winemaking is the art of curating unique tasting wine that delights each drinker with every single sip. The vineyard is rooted on 13 acres that bear fruit from the Rhône varietals such as Viognier, Roussanne, Grenache and Syrah as well as the Spanish Macabeo, Monastrell and Tempranillo. Stop At: Callaway Vineyard and Winery, 32720 Rancho California Rd, Temecula, CA 92591-4925

Located in the heart of the Temecula Valley, Callaway Vineyard and Winery is home to an extensive line of premium wines. Carefully crafted by our winemaking team, Callaway wines are well balanced, with fresh fruit flavor, round body and crisp character, making them a perfect complement to today’s lighter, more eclectic cuisine.

The fruit for Callaway wines is sourced primarily from vineyards in the Temecula Valley region of California. The Temecula Valley benefits from its proximity to the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean, which allows a long, even and mild growing season. Fermenting at lower than usual temperatures causes longer and slower processing of the fruit, thus preserving and enhancing the crisp, fruit flavor of the grapes.

Callaway Vineyard and Winery remains the region’s leading producer of some of America’s favorite wines. Join us, as well as our neighboring wineries, on your visit to Temecula Valley Wine Country.
