Itinerary
The magical light you will experience in the New Mexico High-Desert will be reflected in each and
every photo you take while you are here. Santa Fe and the surrounding areas are truly special in their awesome beauty and spacious landscapes. The sky, clouds and crisp light create an atmosphere like few other places in the world. Let’s not forget the southwest cuisine and the historic charm of Santa Fe.
If you would like to partake in an inspirational experience this is the place to be. David’s more than 25 years of living in the Santa Fe area, along with his history as a professional photographer, artist and educator will provide you insights into creating compelling imagery!
Workshops include in depth photo instructions with professional photographer David Hoptman as your photo-tour guide. Day trips locations include: Abiquiu, Chimayo, Taos, Ghost Ranch, Madrid, Galisteo, Lamy, Chama, etc.
We stop along the way to our destinations to photograph landscapes and anything else we may find of interest. Photo-instructions include; landscape photography, portraiture, architecture, digital imaging, with emphasis on composition. Day- trips are unique photo-cultural learning experiences!
