Stop At: Valley of the Eagles Golf Links & Driving Range, 1.5 Haines Hwy., Haines, AK 99827
You will be transported to the golf course and outfitted with all of your equipment including clubs, pull-cart, balls, and shoes or overboots. The next 2.5 hours will be spent enjoying the professionally and ecologically designed par 36, 9-hole course. The fun and interesting course layout meanders through the beautiful and wild Alaska landscape. Abundant wildlife compliments the amazing mountain scenery with occasional sightings of spawning salmon, bald eagles, moose, waterfowl, mink, otters, wolves, and songbirds. The course’s eco-friendly design enhances the salmon streams, maintains the wetlands, and contains all native vegetation. Spotting scopes are placed at multiple viewing stations throughout the course to maximize your opportunity to get up and close with the wildlife and the spectacular mountain and river views.
