Queens-born rapper Arian Asllani is best known under the moniker Action Bronson. The son of an Albanian immigrant and a New York Jew, he dropped out of high school to work as a chef before getting serious about his passion for hip hop. After releasing a series of mixtapes, he put his name firmly on the map with 2012’s Blue Chips in 2012, a critically lauded collaboration with rap duo Party Supplies.  His newfound notoriety allowed him to tour extensively, nab countless guest appearances, and turn enough heads in the hip hop world to land a deal with Atlantic Records.  He is currently working on his 2014 major label studio debut — an effort that promises to blow minds.
