Vocalist Latifa Reeves, a small town girl from Rome, Georgia found her voice doing musical theatre in Atlanta and later discovered chemistry with seasoned vocalist, Jennifer Knight, who has her own history of singing and performing, and together they formed Mama Said. With a kickass rhythm section of Napa Valley boys, they bring Latifa’s songwriting style to life with signature harmonies and a soulful retro rock sound.
