The Chainsmokers is comprised of Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall, two New York-based DJs and producers who began creating tracks together after graduating from college. They made their official debut in 2012 with the single “Erase”, a sizzling EDM banger featuring budding Indian actress and singer Priyanka Chopra. They followed up in 2013 with “The Rookie”, another floor-anthem that continued to build their reputation in dance circles.
