As Pele, fire goddess, travels through Polynesia in search of a new home, she leaves Tahiti and begins her journey north. She meets the Maori people of Aotearoa New Zealand, the warriors of Samoa, Finally reaching Hawaiʻi where she meets her match in a demigod; A man born both the blood of mortals and gods. This demigods name was Kamapuaʻa. Some say he still tries to romance her today.
