We will see the Jefferson Memorial from across the tidal Basin. We will not stop, but will discuss Jefferson and his life.
Many say Jefferson was an atheist or agnostic. All of his letters and other writings say otherwise. If we do visit, you will be able to read the inscriptions on the wall where he gives glory to God many times.
